Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) provides meter top up to all residents in Sierra Leone. Residents need to add prepaid credit (Top up) to their electricity meter in other to utilize electricity service.
We use the information submitted in your order to process electricity meter top up to your relative, friends and loved ones in Sierra Leone.
2: How long does it take to process EDSA Top Up?
We are committed to processing your transaction within the shortest possible time. Most transactions/orders submitted within working hours in Sierra Leone are processed and closed within 30 minutes.
3: Do I need to register an account?
You do not have to register for an account to submit an order. However, we recommend that customers register for an account by filling details on the “my account page”. With a registered account, you have the option to save your payment details for later use and also view your transaction history.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the details of your order before submitting for processing. The meter top up is automated with our third-party provider in Sierra Leone. Once the top up has been processed, we cannot refund or recall as this is not a functionality within the system.
